Andrew was schooled in Pengam. He studied Law to Master´s level, specialising in Human Rights, and was called to the Bar by Lincoln´s Inn in 1992. Andrew´s early practice was in civil law, and he has retained a significant regulatory practice, including health and safety, animal welfare and intellectual property infringement work.
Andrew now acts in the most serious criminal cases including homicide, rape and historic sexual offences. While his criminal practice is defence slanted, he has prosecuted and defended confiscation cases in criminal and civil actions.
